A maternity open day was held on Friday 26^th August 2011. Dr Glass was the guest speaker at the morning session and Dr Perumal at the afternoon session. Important matters about pregnancy were shared with the moms and dads to be, as informative videos were shown as well. All the guests had ample opportunity to get answers to important and encumbering questions.

The moms each received a bag with important information brochures covering a range of related topics. At each session a lucky draw took place and the winners received a lovely hamper sponsored by the hospital.

Another maternity open day is planned for February 2012.
