For the baby’s care: Please bring the following items for your baby’s care while in the maternity unit. • Disposable nappies (24)• Surgical spirits (100ml) • Baby shampoo • 4 Baby blankets/shawls • 4 Sets of baby clothes • Baby powder • Baby oil • Bum cream • Cotton wool • Baby soap • Wet Wipes • 1 Baby Bottle |

| Maternity Visitors Pre-Bookings Please book at the hospital when you are 30-weeks pregnant, with a letter from your attending specialist. Note our pre-booking days and times below. Medical scheme authorisation is compulsory and you will be assisted with this on pre-booking. Please also be prepared to indicate your choice of paediatrician. |

| No more than two visitors at a time per mother are allowed. New mothers often require extra rest so visitors may, at times, be declined. While in labour, no visitors are allowed except for the baby’s father or your mother. | |
